At Print Plus, we are committed to providing high-quality printing and design services. Since most of our products are customized and produced based on individual customer requirements, this Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds, replacements, or reprints may apply.

By placing an order with Print Plus, you agree to the following policy.

 

Nature of Custom Printing Services

All products offered by Print Plus are custom-made printing items created specifically according to customer instructions and approved designs.

Because customized products cannot be resold, refunds or returns are limited and only applicable under specific conditions mentioned below.

 

Design Service & Customer Responsibility

Print Plus may provide design support through our designers based on information supplied by the customer.

Before printing begins, a design preview (proof) is sent to the customer for review and confirmation.

By approving the final design, the customer confirms that:

  • All spelling, grammar, names, phone numbers, and information are correct

  • Layout, colors, size, and content are accurate

  • No further correction is required

Our designers prepare the design according to customer instructions, but final responsibility for checking all content belongs to the customer.

Once the customer confirms the design, it is treated as final print approval.

👉 After approval, spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, wrong information, or content issues will not qualify for refunds, returns, or free reprints.

 

Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement

Refunds, replacements, or reprints may be approved only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was supplied by Print Plus

  • A printing defect occurred due to our production error

  • The delivered quantity is significantly less than ordered

Issues must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the order.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided for:

  • Spelling or content mistakes after customer design approval

  • Errors in information provided by the customer

  • Low-resolution images or poor-quality files submitted by customers

  • Minor color variations between screen preview and printed product

  • Change of mind after printing production starts

  • Incorrect size or specifications confirmed by the customer

 

Color Variation Disclaimer

Slight color differences between digital screens and printed materials are normal due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, ink behavior, and printing processes. Such variations are industry standard and are not considered defects.

 

Refund Request Procedure

If there is an issue with your order:

  1. Contact Print Plus within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

    • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond as quickly as possible.

 

Inspection & Resolution

After investigation, Print Plus may choose one of the following solutions:

  • Reprint the product

  • Replace the item

  • Provide partial refund

  • Offer store credit for future orders

The final decision will depend on the nature of the problem.

 

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on payment providers or banks.

  • Delivery or courier charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before production begins.

Once printing or production has started, cancellation may not be possible because materials and production resources have already been used.

 

Delivery Damage Claims

If a package appears damaged at delivery:

  • Take photos immediately before opening the package.

  • Notify Print Plus as soon as possible.

Delayed reporting may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

 

Policy Updates

Print Plus reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
