Refund & Replacement Information

At PrintPlus, every product is custom-made based on customer requirements. Therefore, refunds and returns are handled under specific conditions.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before design approval or printing starts.
  • Once printing has begun, cancellation is not possible.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refund may be provided only if:

✅ Product is damaged during delivery
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Printing mistake from our side

Refund will not be applicable if:

❌ Customer provided incorrect information
❌ Color variation due to screen differences
❌ Change of mind after production

 

Replacement Policy

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Clear photos/videos must be provided as proof.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products
  • Personalized designs
  • Used or damaged items by customer

 

Processing Time

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 working days.
